Pinetop-Lakeside cabin! This rustic A-Frame cabin harmoniously blends tradition with modern amenities, surrounded by tall pines. Conveniently situated near Lakeside's attractions, the two-story home features 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and approximately 1200 sq ft. The dog-friendly, fully fenced yard enhances security, while the large front deck and screened-in porch offer outdoor serenity. Enjoy being cozy indoors or spend time outdoors where you can breathe in the fresh mountain air and enjoy the warmth from either the gas firepit or make your own fire in the wood firepit. Sleeps up to 8-9, with a cozy king bed, queen bed, two full beds, and a loft futon. Your mountain escape awaits at The GrAy-Frame!

1.5 Bathrooms: No need to worry about bathroom congestion here! We provide 1.5 bathrooms for your convenience, full bathroom on main level has two separate vanity sink spaces with a door between.

Outdoor Firepits: Gather around the fire under the starry night sky with not one, but two outdoor firepits with the option to use gas or bring your own firewood to burn, perfect for roasting marshmallows and sharing stories.

Dog-Friendly Yard: Don't leave your furry friends behind! We welcome your beloved pets in our spacious yard, so your entire family can enjoy this vacation. Cat's are not permitted.

Beautifully Decorated: Our cottage is thoughtfully decorated with a rustic charm, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere. You'll feel right at home as soon as you step inside. With tons of natural light, soaring ceiling, and an open yet cozy layout.

Modern Amenities:
The cabin is equipped with modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi, and two smart tv's.

Guests will have full access to the property. Convenient arrival/departure with self-check-in and keyless entry through a secure keypad.

Home is situated on a homesite with tall pines and in a community free from HOA regulations, due to that please take note that homes in the area will vary in size and style, adding to the unique charm of our neighborhood. Neighbors on both side with private land directly across from the home providing extra privacy.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $20.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $20.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
