Escape to The GrAy-Frame, a rustic yet modern A-frame cabin nestled among the tall pines of Pinetop-Lakeside. This approximately 1,200 sq. ft. two-story cabin features 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and plenty of cozy mountain charm. Two bedrooms and the full bathroom are located on the main level.

The cabin sleeps up to 9 guests with a king bed, queen bed, two double beds and a futon in the loft. No bunk beds.

Relax on the large front deck or screened-in porch, enjoy the fresh mountain air, or gather around one of the two outdoor fire pits — one gas and one wood-burning.

The fenced yard is a great setup for guests traveling with dogs. We recommend supervising pets while outside and checking the gate area, especially with smaller dogs. Up to 2 dogs are welcome with a $150 + tax pet fee per stay, whether bringing 1 or 2 dogs. Cats and other pets are not permitted.

Inside, you’ll find warm rustic décor, soaring ceilings and plenty of natural light. The open living area includes comfortable seating and Smart TVs for streaming with your own accounts. The kitchen is stocked with the basics for preparing meals, and Wi-Fi, washer/dryer and mini-split heating and cooling help make the cabin comfortable year-round.

The full bathroom on the main level features two separate vanity areas, and an additional half bath is located upstairs.

Guests have full access to the property with easy self-check-in using the secure keypad.

The GrAy-Frame is located in an established mountain neighborhood surrounded by tall pines. Homes in the area vary in size, style and appearance, and neighboring properties may be visible from the cabin.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $35.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $35.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
